The adorable dog called Tate was located in the Wisconsin town of Chippewa Falls. It appeared that he did not have an owner. A good Samaritan notified officers about the lonely dog in a matter of days. Tate was "Arrested" and taken to the police station. If you're an average scofflaw dog, it could be stressful. But not for Tate! Tate was cool!
